近日，ONYX酒店集团正式任命郑毅先生为大中华区人力资源总监，直接汇报给大中华区资深副总裁及大中华区负责人沃恒燕女士。

 

Andy will lead Greater China HR team to strengthen ONYX employer brand, enable ONYX to become the Employer of Choice across the Greater China Region. Establishes the overall HR strategy for Greater China and implements all development and engagement programs. Acts as the relator of all initiatives of ONYX Corporate and hotel properties, he and his team will also provide HR operations and pre-opening support to each property in Greater China.

郑毅先生将带领大中华区的人力资源团队全面提升ONYX的雇主品牌，使ONYX成为在大中华区域行业内的首选。 建立大中华区整体的人力资源策略，并推广员工发展及敬业项目。他将作为ONYX总部与旗下酒店的桥梁，与其团队成员为大中华区的酒店人力资源运作及新开业项目给予大力支持。

 

Prior to his new appointment at ONYX, he was Senior Director of HR at Jumeirah Himalayas Hotel Shanghai. He was also supporting Jumeirah’s China HR initiatives and pre-opening projects. 

郑毅先生在加入ONYX之前，任上海卓美亚喜玛拉雅酒店高级人力资源总监。他主要负责支持卓美亚酒店在中国区的人力资源及筹建酒店项目。

 

With more than 20 years hotel experience in various hotel brands, such as Luxury Hotel Brand - Jumeirah Group, and Marco Polo Hotels, Ramada International, etc. Andy’s professional experience not only covers Human Resources area, but also skilled in hotel operations. He was Front Office Manager before started to focus on HR field 10 years ago.
