JOB OVERVIEW职位概述
• The Bellman provides guest services and helps guest with their luggage when arriving or departing the hotel, and during their stay. They also extend warm greeting to every guest, open car door, direct traffic, inform guests on services and facilities offered by the hotel.
• 行李员为客人提供服务,在客人抵达,离开酒店以及住店期间提供行李服务。行李员在岗位期间,热情洋溢的问候客人,为客人开车门,以及指挥门口车辆,给客人提供相应的酒店服务和设施的相关信息。
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES工作职责
• To be well verse with the products offered by the hotel.
• 行李员应热情的向酒店客人介绍和推荐酒店的产品设施。
• To provide assistance to fellow team members during peak periods and must be able to work independently in the absence of any supervision. Also to be able to provide guidance courteously to any team members on the policies and procedures of each job task.
• 行李员之间应有团队协作精神,相互帮助;每一位行李员都能在没有监督的情况下独立完成工作,在工作过程中礼貌的对待自己的同事。
• Responsible for the safety of all guest’s luggage.
• 负责所有对客行李的安全 。
• To provide the information around the hotel for the guest.
• 为客人提供酒店周边的相关信息。
• Assist with bell Captain and supervisor working.
• 协助领班和主管的工作。
• Comply with all Hotel and corporate guidelines.
• 遵守酒店和企业指导方针。
• Deliver high quality service to guests.
• 向客人提供高品质的服务。
Experience –经历
• 1 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1年相关工作经历,或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。
