PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Greets all guests at all times in a friendly and helpful manner;
2.Performs check in/ out and room change procedures and ensures all data are entered completely into the hotel systems in accordance with reservation;
3.Maintains cashier float and ensures accurate daily report of all money received;
4.To comply with all C&W policies & client's policies and procedures and adhere to company standards.
5.To perform other duties as assigned and if needed be back up for Helpdesk, Switchboard roles, etc.
JOB REQUIREMENT/QUALIFICATION:
1.College degree or above, preferably major in English;
2.1-2 years related work experience preferably in five star hotel;
3.Good spoken and written English;
4.Computer literate – proficiency in MS Office(Word, Excel & PowerPoint);
5.Self-driven and good team player.
