Resources to join our motivated and energetic team at Crowne Plaza
Zhengzhou.

You'll be responsible for managing Human Resources program,
including recruiting/employment, compensation, benefits, employee
relations, recognition programmes, and training programmes, to
ensure policy compliance for hotel team members. Build and promote
a positive team culture while ensuring our guests’ experience is
unique and brings the brand to life. Coach and counsel General
Manager and leadership team on all people-related issues.

Employment Regulations. ? 精通微软办公软件Proficient in the use of

abilities. ? 好的写作技能。Good writing skills ? 精通英语口语及书面英语。Proficient in
English Language oral /written ? 五星级酒店工作经验。5* Background ?
具有人力资源或商业管理学士学位。Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business
Administration. ? 4年相关工作经验或相似的管理经验，或与此相当的教育与工作经验结合的背景。4 years of
relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and
work-related experience.
