Responsibilities
1. To develop a strategic marketing communication plan for pre-opening and post opening using the Rosewood Hotels and Resorts marketing guidelines. To ensure that the hotel is professionally positioned in all of the key market segments across the rooms, conference, food and beverage, and spa.
2. To optimize the relationship with key marketing partners (advertising agency, PR agency, printing company, social media partners) to ensure that they are provided with a strong brief from the client and that our investment generates appropriate levels of return which is measured carefully.
3. Develops realistic, transparent goals broken down by key market segments, presented in the form of a personal business plan. Monitors systematically the revenue performance of key retention, development and acquisition accounts.
4. Oversee, the planning and execution of all Rosewood Photo-shoots, to ensure that Rosewood Beijing has a constantly evolving and updated range of press, brochure friendly photography, in keeping with the photography guidelines defined by Rosewood Hotels and Resorts.
5. Coordinate with all marketing partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all marketing initiatives and collateral as instructed by the Director of Sales & Marketing.
6. Ensure that all projects, expenses etc are in accordance with the budget, which shall be submitted to and approved in advance of the commitment by the Director of Sales & Marketing.

4. 安排酒店摄影,管理酒店宣传工具,确保酒店拥有大量的宣传图片,宣传册及新闻稿。
5. 与市场伙伴合作,确保酒店正确的信息及时的传递到市场上。
6. 控制预算,确保所有的项目花费与预算保持一致。
Qualifications
1. Educated to Diploma level. Minimum 3 years working experiences on same position.
2. General Skills: Must be able to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy; prioritize, organize and follow-up; be a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgment; follow directions thoroughly; understand a guest’s service needs; work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team; work with minimal supervision; maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data.
3. Technical Skills: Must be able to manage translation of English into Chinese and police the use of Arabic in all Rosewood Abu Dhabi communication. Requires to be conversant with key software applications including Microsoft Office particularly power point.
4. Language: Required to speak, read and write English, with fluency in Mandarin is preferred.

3. 能够准确的安排工作的先后,有序组织完成工作,头脑清晰,正确分析解决问题,服从安排,理解客人的需求,能与酒店团队很好的合作,确保客人和酒店的信息得以安全保存。优秀的语言表达能力,能够顺利的完成英文翻译工作,熟练操作Office办公软件,尤其是PowerPoint.
4. 有极好的英文,普通话听,说,读,写能力。
