Responsibilities
1. Set up and monitoring Spa daily operations, maintain the Spa service standard.
2. Serve as a role-model to demonstrate appropriate behavior.
3. Ensure a comfortable work environment for treatment providers and guests
4. Have full knowledge of all spa services, salon services and retail products. Recognize the importance of sales in all aspects of role.
5. Handle emergencies that arise when on duty alone, notifying appropriate personnel.
6. Carry out any additional duties and tasks when requested

6. 解决水疗中心运营过程中的其他问题。
Qualifications
1. Experience: Minimum 5 years’ spa supervision experience in a luxury spa environment, preferably within a luxury hotel. A background in fitness education and/or health related discipline is an asset.
2. Education: diploma or above.
3. General Skills: Must be able to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy;
4. Technical Skills: Ability to: prioritize, organize and follow up; be a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgment; follow directions thoroughly; understand guest’s service needs; work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team; work with minimal supervision; maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data.
任职资格
1. 五年以上同等职位工作经验。有高级水疗中心背景工作经验者优先。
2. 大专以上学历。
3. 能够准确,迅速,细致的完成工作要求。
4. 有极好的安排时间及工作能力;用准确的判断力解决问题;了解并满足客人的需求;觉有良好的沟通能力,顺利与酒店其他部门合作;记录并保留客人特殊要求,保证客人信息的私密。
