MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES: To do whatever it takes to provide exceptional service for our external and internal customers and to strive for excellence to achieve customer satisfaction.
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
1.Function as primary support to Human Resources Department to carry out all administrative and clerical duties.
2.Do paper clipping from newspapers for other hotel activities and advertisements.
3.Check details on candidate’s application form and arrange interview appointment for job applicants.
4.Handle all new hired registration procedures including contract preparation, issue uniform and assign associates locker.
5.Handle all work procedures in relations to the separation arrangement.
6.Prepare Associate ID Card and name badge for new hired associates.
7.Update all personal data in associates’ file and the Human Resources Software System.
8.Maintain effective filing system in the Human Resources Department.
9.Communicate with job applicants in relations to their job application, employment and commencement information.
10.Handle all incoming call inquires and provide assistance for hotel associates regarding Human Resources matters.
11.Update hotel organization and associates notice board.
12.Assistant on heart of the house area inspection to ensure appropriate hotel standard and requirement is met.
13.Assist in organizing sports, recreation and other associate function.
14.Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve the overall objectives of this position.
15.Maintain a favourable working relationship with all associates to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate.
