岗位描述
1.编辑销售总监布置的各类报告，如公司产量报告、竞争对手报告等。
2.保持所有相关销售活动和事件的最新数据信息，保持一个正确的部门档案管理系统。
3.接听部门电话、回答客人的问题、为客人提供准确并专业的酒店信息。
4.处理团队的信件包括报价和合同，协助销售团队处理生意的后续工作。
5.支持团队业务，联系房间、场地的预定，跟进截止日期和定金等。
