主要职责
?Deliver Food and Beverage service of high standard and in accordance with departmental standards and procedures
?按照部门标准及程序提供优质餐饮服务
?Communicates to his/her superior any difficulties, guest comments and other relevant information

?Establishes and maintains effective employee working relationships
?与客人保持良好关系
?Attends and participates in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled
?参加每天例会及其它安排的会议
?Attends and participates in training sessions as scheduled

?Prepares for service by ensuring:

oOutlet equipment is clean
o清洁的餐具
oEquipment is sorted and stored
o用具整理及妥善存放
oGlassware is polished
o玻璃杯擦拭
oRequirements for special occasions are ready
o特别活动的要求准备妥当
Guests are greeted and seated
o客人已被迎接及安排坐位
oDaily beverage specials are explained and up-sold
o向客人介绍每天特式饮品
技能要求
?Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
?能与客人,员工及第三方进行互动,从而提高酒店,品牌及公司的形象
?Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency.
?有效健康证及相关证书
?Able to read and write English
?能书写及阅读英语
