岗位描述
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 职责： 1.每月完成员工培训，并在工作中给予员工指导，并做好相关培训记录；
2.完成客人入住及客人退房清点工作；
3.每日安排员工打扫并熟悉房态系统；
4.空房及样板房的检查及跟进工作；
5.与其他部门同事积极配合以及定期沟通，提高部门的凝聚力。
任职资格： 1. 专科及以上学历，酒店管理专业或者英语相关专业。
2. 四年以上酒店客房工作经验，至少两年管理职位相关经验。有部门运作经
验者优先。
3. 乐于助人，有较强的沟通能力。
4. 熟练运用Word，Excel，PowerPoint等办公软件。
5. 熟悉部门运作的服务标准。
