1. Greeting guests in a courteous and friendly manner. 礼貌友好的问候客人。
2. Look at the hotel lobby operation. 关注酒店大堂区域的运作情况。
3. Provides courteous and efficient service and if possible complies with every guest request. 尽可能对每位客人提出的每一个要求都要提供礼貌和高效率的服务和帮助。
4. Meets and escorts arriving VIPs and farewell upon their departure. 迎接并陪同抵店的重要客人并且在客人离店时应与客人道别。
5. Must be able to provide guests with any information pertaining to functions, tours, ticketing arrangements, general information on flights, bus, ferry and train schedules, special happenings in town and activities of the hotel in particular.
能够向客人提供有关旅游、票务,航班、公交、客船、火车时刻表,本市特别事件以及酒店组织的相关活动。
6. Ability to satisfactorily communicate in Mandarin and English with guests, co-workers and managements to their understanding. 英文和普通话口语流利,中英文书写良好。
7. Minimum 1 year related work experience in 5 star international hotel. 至少一年以上五星级酒店相关工作经历。
