Position Title:
Business Development Analyst
Principle Responsibilities/Position Purpose:
Construct financial models for corporate development purposes, such as projecting fees, and valuations for pipeline hotels.
Initiate proposal preparations, which includes brand recommendation, programming and business terms for approval.
Travel when requited to promote the company and develop potential business.
To prepare/record key files for each project. Get logisticals done before each business trip. Maintain databases of key contacts and other information. Coordinating meetings with clients and issue meeting invites. To monitor the management of Business development materials, including filing, updating of BD’s documents and files
SUPPORTIVE FUNCTIONS
In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the supervisor based upon the particular requirements of the company.
Work with Finance on financial model.
Work with Operation Department on hotel opening budget/plan.

The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can independently perform the essential functions of the job.
Intelligent with strong work ethic; highly career oriented.
Knowledge of Finance and Real Estate.
Ability to read, write and speak the English language to fully comprehend guest requests, memos, proposals, contracts, general correspondence and similar written materials.
Ability to make the best use of time, resources and personnel to a high degree of effectiveness and productivity.
Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills for the purpose of providing information to clients, outside counsel, vendors and other third parties, senior management and staff.
Able to work under pressure with high level of initiative.
Willing to travel as requested.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years' work experience in hotel, corporate office in business development or real estate development.
OTHER
Fluent in English and Mandarin. Travel is required.
