Job Description:
1. Fully responsible for hotel staff management and relevant issues concern to HR.
2. Assist GM for making and adjusting manning development strategy.
3. In charge of making HR initial action plans and budget proposals.
4. Responsible for recruitment and training in accordance with the group management
requirements.
5. Collaborate with the group to complete and update HR SOP and P&P.
6. Report regularly according to the requirements to the group.
7. Familiar with the situation of local talent markets, to build up a systematic chain of
recruitment and assignment. Collaborate with the group to complete the labor market
analysis and relevant tasks.
Requirements:
1. Five years relevant working experience, at least three years in international 4-5stars hotel.
2. At least two years consecutively working in the position of HR director or HR Manager.
3. Extensive experience and knowledge on recruitment, C&B management, and staff training.
4. Outstanding performance on staff training and development is preferred.
5. Good English in verbal and writing.
6. Can get used of the local climate and environment.

力资源市场分析等项目工作。
任职要求:
1. 五年以上相关职位的工作经验,至少三年以上在国际酒店管理集团旗下四,五星级酒店管理岗
位工作经验。
2. 至少曾连续两年担任过3至5星级酒店人力资源总监/经理的职位。
3. 在酒店人员招聘、合同管理、薪金制度、员工培训等方面具有丰富经验。
4. 在员工培训和员工发展两方面具有突出业绩者优先。
5. 良好的中英文写作、口语、阅读能力。
