岗位描述
1.执行董事会的各项决议,组织和领导开展经营活动,保证经营目标的实现;对重大的经营活动需报董事会批准后方可实施;
To execute the decision which decided by the board ofdirectors, to organize and lead operation activities, to promise operationobjective implementation; To implement the operating activities which should beauthorized by the board of directors;
2.根据董事会的决议制定和完善管理制度办法、业务操作流程,建立和健全公司统一、高效的组织体系和工作体系,并依此调动员工工作积极性以及发挥企业经营效益最大化。组织指挥公司的日常经营管理工作,分阶段逐步实施团队的流程化管理,目标管理以及绩效管理;

3.审查批准年度计划内的投资、改造等项目和流动资金使用的可行性报告。健全财务管理,严格财务纪律,搞好增收节支和开源节流工作;

4.充分发挥员工的积极性和创造性。定期组织和召开经营通报、分析、决策会议,加强决策民主化,增加经营过程的透明度;

任职要求:Job Qualification

1.大学本科以上文化程度,具备项目开发、运营的综合素质和专业能力
Bachelordegree or up, has the ability and quality of project operating;
2.项目商务发展经验丰富,熟悉项目开发、运营和管理的工作流程;
Hasthe professional project development experience, be familiar with operationprocess of project operating and management
3.优秀的人品和价值观,具有一定的亲和力;
Goodpersonality and values, has a sense of affinity;
4.出色的分析判断能力和组织协调能力。能够承受较大的工作压力;
Goodanalysis ability and coordination ability, able to work under high pressure;
5.执行力高,服从董事会决策,为人正直,并具有优秀的沟通能力;
Highsense of execution be able to listening, good sense of honest and high communicationskills.
6.较强的社会交往及语言文字写作能力,较强的学习能力和业务管理能力;
Goodsocial skills and literary writing skill, good learning skills and operationmanagement skills;
7.工作作风严谨、敬业、责任心强,具有团队协作精神;
Rigorouswork style, high sense of responsibility and dedication, has team work spirit;
8.身体素质良好,无重大继发性疾病,能承受紧张、高效工作节奏,能够适应出差工作安排。
