GENERALDUTIES: 主要职责
1. As directed by the Marketing & Communication Manager,responsible in the design and artwork production of the hotel’s collateralmaterial and other graphic work that are required and relevant to sales &promotions of hotel products and services
按照市场公关部经理的指示负责设计、美工制作、饭店宣传用品、市场推广以及与饭店服务有关的宣传品设计
2. Coordinates between the hotel and its suppliers to ensure allworks are in line with Accor standard and are completed on time
负责供应商与饭店之间的沟通确保所有出品准时完成并符合雅高集团标准
3. Assists the Marketing & Communication Manager with alldaily responsibilities and special tasks as directed
协助市场公关部经理日常工作和分配下的特别任务
4. Develops design and artwork according to corporate standardsfor hotel collateral and advertisement
按照饭店宣传品和广告的标准制作美工设计
5. Provides technical support to the Communication Manage inregards todesigns of all collateral and advertisement
为公关经理提供所有宣传品和广告的设计方面的技术支持
6. Maintains the image of the Hotel
维护酒店形象
7. Works with the PR Manager to ensure optimum image is obtainedfor all hotel collateral, advertisement and exposures etc

8. Carries out other tasks as directed by the CommunicationManager
