Be responsible for welcoming of gests and escorting them to their rooms where necessary, in a professional friendly and genuine manner.

Be responsible for the timely and careful delivery and collection of guest luggage and belongings to and from guest rooms, cars and Reception.

To ensure guest luggage and belongings are stored in a secure, methodical way at all times.

To ensure that you as the Bell Boy at the hotel have a comprehensive knowledge of town, and what is happening within the city at all times, and to ensure that all guest enquiries are met with prompt, informative yet friendly solution.

To maintain and be aware of the importance of guest recognition.

Job Qualifications:
任职资格:
Secondary school or above, have working experience in 4/5-star hotels is preferred.
中技及以上学历,有酒店工作经验的优先。
It is a plus for night shift acceptable. Two days work and two days off.
可接受夜班。做二休二。
Basic oral English, dignified, presentable, articulate and no gender required.
形象气质佳,具有基本的英语会话能力。
Have strong communicate skills and the ability of dealing with emergencies.
具有较强的沟通能力及突发事件处理能力。
Bright and outgoing, have strong service consciousness.
性格开朗、头脑灵活、具有较强的服务意识和责任感。
