Internal
- Sales (on & off) – Sales talk (deliver brand message in direct and clear way)
- PG – PG script (product benefit)
- New comers orientation and back office staffs (product credential)
All event / action will have monthly planning and concluded with summary report which includes,
1) # of participates
2) Level of understanding – key points taken
3) Area for an improvement
2. In assist to build up CRM data networking (gain consumer data)
3. Gain trade (competitor & market) insight and consumer (drinking behaviour) insight
4. Clean, neat and professional image in ALL event
5. Well self-discipline in ALL drinking occasion
6. Act as team player (Positive attitude, commitment and passionate to work and whisky)
