- New comers orientation and back office staffs （product credential）
All event / action will have monthly planning and concluded with summary report which includes,
1） # of participates
2） Level of understanding – key points taken
3） Area for an improvement

4. Clean, neat and professional image in ALL event
5. Well self-discipline in ALL drinking occasion
