1.具有至少2-3年国际连锁酒店的相关经验
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in similar capacity with international chain hotels
2.熟练操作微软等操作系统
Proficient with Microsoft Windows other software.
必须具有良好的中英文交流及写作能力
Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin are a must.
3.能独立并长时间的工作
Ability to work independently and long hours.
4.可按工作需要出差

1.与公司、旅游销售部门合作进行销售活动
Conduct sales activities in cooperation with Corporate and Travel Sales departments

职位说明 Job Description
1.销售目标Sales target
清楚地了解其分管区域的销售目标,并预先在销售计划中将其按年/月/周的目标进行细分。
To know clearly the hotel objectives and sales target set for his/her area of responsibilities breakdown into weekly, monthly and yearly target set forth in the sales plan
2. 销售拜访Sales call
同时与现存客户和潜在客户保持经常联系,安排每日走访的客户,以期在客房及餐饮上为酒店寻求更多的业务。
Constant customer contact directed towards existing customers and potential customers and To conduct daily sales visit to assigned accounts to solicit business for the hotel for both rooms and food & beverage through effective client account management.
3.回复与反馈Reply and feedback
以专业的方式与客人互动,关注他们的需求及反馈,按政策在规定时间内迅速回复客人要求,提供售后服务,确保认真对待所有投诉,在必要时与相关部门进行沟通。
Interact and attend to guest request, concerns and feedback in a professional manner.To answer and respond promptly to all correspondence and inquiry from customer and prospect within the time limit set according to policy & procedure and To provide after-sales service in particular to ensure all guest complaints are taken seriously and discussed with respective department when necessary
4.处理相关价格Handle relevant price
及时处理有关价格,会议及餐饮报价和确认,为销售人员准备好相关报价书,确认书等文件。确保所有客户信息的时时更新,包括数据信息的更新,产品跟踪,客户动向。
Handle all enquiries relating to rates, group bookings, quotations and confirmation promptly,to prepare rooms and events quotations, confirmation and group profile on behalf of Sales Managers and To upkeep of updated record of all sales activities for each accounts (including updated database, production tracking, trends and movement of each accounts)
5.数据更新Data update
对指定客户的数据信息做到每日更新,向销售总监提交每周和每月报告,向销售总监就针对细分市场的促销活动提出建议;参加销售例会,就客户动向及市场走势市场与销售总监进行沟通,及时更新。
To develop and maintain a proper database for assigned accounts on a daily basis.To prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports required to be submitted to the Director of Sales 安定Recommends to the Director of Sales on promotions and campaign to reach specific markets ,Participate in daily, weekly and monthly sales meeting to update Director of Sales on the activities of each accounts and market trends
