Role Summary SPACE is looking to hire an experienced, self-motivated Marketing & BD Department Manager to join our Shanghai team. You will be responsible for managing the growth or our sales team & managing key marketing and sales. This means building up the necessary internal team, systems and structure, so that our people have the skills and tools to meet our investment targets.
You will work directly alongside the owner and will be an instrumental part to the growth of the firm. As we are a growing company, this position is ideally suited for someone who is looking for a fast-paced and exciting work environment with ample opportunities to grow professionally.
Key Responsibilities • Growth, Training & Motivation of a Strong Sales Team.
• Develop Strong Internal Marketing and BD Work Flows and Reporting.
• Develop & Manage Sales & Marketing Collateral: Investor Presentations, Contacts & Agreements, Brochures etc.
• Develop & Enhance Our Social Media Marketing Capabilities: Wechat / Linkedin /Website.
• Manage Corp Reporting and Communication with Investors and Global Partners.
Personality Traits • A motivated self-starter that can set priorities, meet deadlines, and solve problems quickly.
• Strong team building and communication skills. Capacity to work independently.
• Positively motivated by targets and commission.
Requirements • Able to demonstrate a clear record of building and managing a successful team（s）.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese.
• 3+ years management experience.
• 2+ years living in Shanghai. Currently living in Shanghai.
• Prior experience in real estate investment or finance industry highly preferred but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably with emphasis in Finance, Economics, Real Estate or similar major.
