To assist in the day to day running of the Human Resources Department ensuring administration systems and company policies and procedures are followed whilst maintaining a high degree of associate satisfaction.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES 責任概要 :
Communicate, implement and maintain all Human Resources policies and procedures relating to 沟通,履行和维持人力资源部所有政策和程序,通过:

• Office Administration部门日常管理

Recruitment & Employment Administration 招聘录用管理
1. Administer the process for acquisition of qualified candidates
合适应聘者管理
a) Ensure HR office keeps a set of Job Description and Job
Specifications of all positions in the hotel
确保人力资源部备有完整的酒店各岗位的工作描述和工作说明书。
b) Check details on Associate Requisition Form raised by department
heads against manning guide before submitting for DHR/HRM.
在递交给人力资源部总监/人力资源部经理前,先行检查由部门负责人填写的人力申请表是否符合酒店部门编制允许范围。
c) Update and post internal vacancy list and Marriott’s Sister Property vacancy list on associate notice board.
更新并于员工布告栏上张贴酒店内部及万豪姐妹酒店的职位空缺。
d) Conduct selection interviews and recommend suitable candidates
for all non-manager associates vacancies.
为所有非经理级职位空缺,进行选择性面试并推荐合适的应聘者。
e) Inform interviewees of job nature and responsibilities and
explaining various terms of employment and other benefits accordingly.
告知面试者所应聘工作的日常工作职责,并按程序解释说明各类录用要求及福利待遇。
f) Prepare offer letters and all relevant administrative support work
for commencement of new associates.
为新员工准备录用信及其他相关辅助性工作。
g) Liaise with Hotel school and other labour supply companies for
suitable candidates.
与专业性酒店学校和其他劳动力提供公司建立(保持)联系,寻找合适的职位候选人。
2. Administer the process for internal associate movements
酒店内部员工调动管理
a) Check details on Personnel Action Form (PAF) raised by
department heads against manning guide before submitting for DHR/HRM’s review.
在递交给人力资源部总监/人力资源部经理前,先行检查由部门负责人填写的人事变动表是否符合酒店部门编制允许范围。
b) Update and post internal movement announcement on associate
notice board.
更新并于员工布告栏上张贴酒店内部员工职位调动。
c) Maintain and update personnel profile record (recruitment,
promotion, transfer, termination, personal data, salary adjustment, turnover, etc) in both the Human Resources Management Information System (HRMIS) and individual personnel files.
维护和更新酒店人力资源部电脑人事档案和员工个人档案及记录(录用、升职、调动、终止、个人资料、工资调整、流动等情况)
3. Co-ordinate and administer Associate Recognition activities
协调和管理员工认可
a) Champion the coordination of Associate and Manager of the quarter / year to ensure the nomination and selection process is fair and transparent.
协调评选季度/年度优选员工和经理,确保报名和评选的过程公平和透明。
b) Recommend and propose periodic associate recognition activities
and assist in the preparation.
推荐和计划定期的认可和表彰员工的活动并协助准备。
c) Be in charge of all the coordination and communication work of the
associate recognition related matters.
负责与员工认可相关的所有协调和沟通事宜。
4. Management of Trainees
实习生管理
a) Liaise with hotel schools / vocational institutes in regard to student
trainee programs.
联系酒店管理学院/职业学校有关实习生培训方案。
b) Schedule with department heads concerned regarding Hotel
trainee program.
与相关的部门经理确定有关酒店实习生方案的时间安排。
c) Communicate to concerned department heads of trainee progress
throughout training period.
在培训期间与相关的部门经理沟通实习生的各项进展。
d) Provide assistance to the trainees throughout the training period.
在培训期间向实习生提供帮助。
e) Complete trainee’s record during and at the end of the training
period.
在培训期间和结束时完成实习生的实习记录。
f) Maintain contact with local and overseas academic institutions and
vocational schools.
保持与当地及海外的学院及职业学校的联系。
g) Conduct hotel tour for school visits.
为学校的访问提供酒店参观。
Benefit & Welfare Administration 薪资福利管理
Administer associate benefits scheme and programmes systematically on a timely basis
及时性的系统化员工福利项目管理
a) Enrol / remove associates to / from all government mandatory
insurance schemes on a time basis.
定期制作新入职/离职员工的政府所规定的保险项目。
b) Administer workmen’s accident compensation claims & insurance
claims.
负责员工工伤赔偿金及保险费管理。
c) Conduct orientation to new associates on benefits related items
参与新员工入职培训讲解酒店相关福利。
d) Maintain an accurate tracking system for significant dates
(birthdays, awards, long service awards, etc)
维护电脑人事系统重要数据的准确性(生日,获奖,服务期确定等)。
