职位概要：

1.To handle all check-ins of guests including the processing of their reservation. 处理所有客人入店包括预定的程序。
2.To handle all guest requests during their stay. 处理客人在店期间的所有需求。
3.To handle all front desk cashier duties. 处理所有收款事宜。
4.To organize and implement guest programs / plans that anticipate and meet guests needs and interest. 组织和实行可以满足客人需要和引起客人兴趣的住客活动。
5.To handle all leasing activities including conducting site inspections in the absence of Sales and Marketing. 处理所有租赁事宜，包括在市场部不在的时候带客人看房。
