AR Accountant 会计（应收账款）
Report To: Finance Manager
Location: Shanghai, China

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for Account Receivable sub-ledger maintenance, prepare adjustments entries when required;
- Follow up on overdue balances, find out potential risk in missing collection of income from customers;
- Work with GL Accountant on revenue recognition;
- Responsible for Account Receivable report update and maintenance in accordance with Group Accounting Menu;
- To be the first point of contact for third party suppliers, the customer and local entities for any payment, billing, management information and reporting queries and disputes;
- Assist GL Accountant for monthly and annual year-end closing for all statutory and management reporting in accordance with closing schedule;
- To implement and manage any system changes or enhancements that is identified by best practise;

QUALIFICATIONS:
- College graduate and above, major in accounting and finance or auditing;
- 2-3 years relevant experience;
- Ability to analyse and evaluate information;
- Knowledge of SAP or whole solutions of EPR system;
- Good PC Skills in using excel and word;
- Good command of written and spoken English;
- Good communication skill and with team spirit;
- Open-minded, rational thinking, co-operate and problem solving.
