1、在总经理的领导下，全面主持本部门的工作，领导员工完成本部门的各项工作任务。

三、任职资格 EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

1、学历要求：具有工科类专业专科以上或同等学历，工程师技术职称，从事高级酒店机电设备管理5年以上经历。

2、工作经验：掌握机电工程设计基础知识、熟悉电子通讯设备、计算机、暖通、空调、给排水设备、电梯等的使用和维护管理，熟悉基建、环境保护、安全生产、劳动保护方面的政策与法规。
