岗位描述
Job description: - Handle all incoming telephone calls and emails from China, by providing reservations information to the Chinese guest or travel agent （client）, and securing a travel booking
- Achieve Chinese call center conversion and revenue goals – both group and individual goals
- Provide caller with exceptional customer service, e.g. assisting client who requires availability during sold out periods, dinner reservations, transfers, etc,
- Actively alert the client of any renovations that may be taking place during his/her stay, or alert him/her that a property is closing and assist with alternate accommodations
- Support the China offices （Shanghai and Beijing and Chengdu） around reservations enquiries and other reservations policy and procedures.
- Act as a link between the client and the hotel
- Provide support to reservations staff at TRUST
- Attend hotel presentations, staff meetings, trade shows and cocktails functions when required
- Assist in check on commission claims by Chinese travel agents
- Monthly housekeeping of reservation confirmations and Complaint Log update
Job Requirements: Requirements & Experiences - Fluency in both written and spoken English & Chinese is a must.
- A citizen of the People's Republic of China preferred
- Minimum Tertiary education Level
- At least 2 years of related experience in a Chinese speaking role
- Pleasant disposition with strong communication skills
Skills & Abilities - Proactive with initiative and a strong sense of urgency
- Keen eye for detail and meticulous in follow up
- Team player and a keen learner with excellent interpersonal & organizing skills
- System savvy and possesses good computer skills （i.e. MS Office）
