JOB SUMMARY
岗位描述 The Bellman is responsible for providing a luggage experience for the guest that is flawless and refined in nature. All responsibilities are to be performed in accordance with departmental and company policies, practices and procedures, as well as within the framework and intent of the Vision of the company.
酒店行李员负责为宾客提供完美的,娴熟的行李运送服务体验,执行符合公司的相关政策、程序、及在酒店财产范围内的框架和目的。
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
工作职责 1. Assist in sustaining a refined, efficient, timely and yet welcoming luggage experience;
帮助提供娴熟,有效率的,及时的宾客抵店时的行李保管体验;
2. Receive, track, coordinate and deliver guest luggage;
接收,跟进,协调,派送宾客行李;
3. Acknowledge, greet and converse with guests who need luggage assistance;
与宾客良好沟通以提供行李相关协助服务;
4. Insist luggage and personal belongings of the guest are always treated with the upmost respect, caution and security;
协助运送行李和私人物件来为客人创造一个始终感受尊敬,人文关怀和安全保障的环境;
5. Welcome and escort guests to and from their rooms/outlet of hotel and assist with luggage;
欢迎,引领客人到房间/酒店各营业点,并提供行李运送服务;
6. Inform guests of all safety measures, room amenities, and features;
告知宾客所有安保因素,介绍房间设施及酒店特色;
7. Promote hotel outlets, services and events;
提升酒店服务标准,介绍酒店出口及其他相关事件;
8. Store guest baggage upon request;
满足客人行李保管需求;
9. Assist with the loading and unloading of baggage into and out of automobiles;
协助客人从其交通工具上卸载和装载行李;
10. Maintains close work relationships with other departments and their leaders to promote feedback and efficient operations;
与其他部门协调以保持良好,紧密的工作关系,做好信息反馈 ,有效运作相关工作;
11. Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
完成其他合理分配的职责和任务。
