Provides guests with assistance at the front desk during the check-in and check-out processes and throughout their stay:

Greets guests and processes hotel registration. 问候宾客为其办理登记
Develop good open communication and rapport with all guests. Recognise return guests and ensure all guests expectations are met and exceeded at all times. 与宾客建立良好关系,能识别常客并达到和超越宾客期望
Ensure all guest account details are correct and accurate. 确保宾客的账目的准确性
Keeps current on hotel accommodations, services and area attractions. 维持酒店的客房,服务等
Responds to customer inquiries for information. 反馈宾客的问询
Arranges for services requested by the guest by working with other departments as appropriate. 宾客或其他部门有需求时提供协助
Maximises revenue and cash flow by promoting hotel services and adhering to credit and inventory control processes:
通过酒店活动最大化收益并促进现金的流量,坚持信贷和库存的控制程序
Offers guests updates to rooms and promotes hotel amenities, food and beverage outlets and services. 向宾客提供酒店客房、餐饮及其他营业点的活动信息
Makes reservations in accordance with hotel’s yield management practices. 预定并保持与收益管理一致
Processes customer credit at check-in in accordance with hotel policy. 依据酒店程序在宾客入住时收取担保信用
Identifies and records special billing instruction and notifies Accounting. 能识别、记录宾客的特殊账目需求并告知财务部
Follows hotel policy on cash banks – at all times adheres to credit limits and procedures as set down by the Financial Controller. 遵循酒店财务政策,在任何时候都要坚持财务总监设置的信贷限额和信贷程序
Obtains appropriate approvals and signatures. 获得适当的批准和签名
REQUIREMENTS 要求
One year front office experience is preferred 一年以上前厅部工作经验优先
High school diploma required 高中以上学历
Strong computer systems skills 熟悉电脑操作系统
Excellent communication skills 良好沟通技巧
Able to collaborate effectively with other hotel employees and managers 能有效地与酒店同事及经理沟通
Ability to work a flexible schedule 愿意倒班
