Monitor guest service personnel constantly, ensuring that at all times maximum guest satisfaction is being achieved through guest recognition and prompt cordial attention. 一贯地监督员工的对客服务,确保所有的时候都能通过员工的迅捷和热情服务赢得客人的最大满意。

Controls and directs the entire section organization and operation. 直接负责监控和指导本单位的相关组织和运作工作。

Provide guests with the most accurate and up to date information at all times. 在任何时候都要向客人提供最新、最准确的信息。
Ensure efficient provision of telephone services by overseeing efficient arrangement of local and long distance calls, as well as staff’s courtesy in handling telephone calls. 通过有效地总体监控,确保为客人提供优质的市内和长途电话服务,以及接线员处理电话的礼貌方式, 确保有效的总机服务。
Ensure efficient provision of message relay service by supervising message taking activities and paging services for guests. 通过管理对客留言和传呼服务,确保对客信息转达的服务。
To report regularly on the happenings within the section. 对本岗位发生的事情作常规汇报。
Thorough knowledge of detailed procedures in operating the telephone switchboard efficiently. 精通话务台的所有操作程序,使总机有效运转。
Knowledge in operation of existing paging and sound system. 要掌握现有的传呼和音响系统操作的知识。
Thorough familiar with existing extension numbers of the hotel. 熟悉酒店的所有分机号码。
Thorough familiar with the operation of PMS. 熟悉酒店的计算机系统的功能和操作。
Assumes other duties as delegated from time to time. 完成其它指派的工作。
Minimum two year experience Front Office experience 至少两年前厅工作经验
High school diploma required 高中以上学历
Strong computer systems skills including; reservations and reporting systems熟悉电脑操作,包括预定及报表系统
Excellent communication skills良好沟通技巧
Able to collaborate effectively with other hotel employees and managers to ensure teamwork能有效地与酒店同事及经理沟通
Strong Microsoft Office suite and reporting system skills熟悉电脑操作
Ability to work a flexible schedule愿意倒班
