岗位职责:
1、全权负责保安部日常工作,并负责制定保安部的各项规章制度。
2、负责拟定年度安全、消防工作计划,组织实施日常消防、安全管理。
3、负责拟定消防安全工作的资金投入和组织保障方案。
4、完成其他下达的其他任务。
任职要求:
1、中专及以上学历;
2、有酒店安保同岗位管理经验2年以上;
3、身体健康,无不良嗜好;
4、团队意识强,能承受一定压力;
5、对安保工作的整个工作流程和各个岗位的职责较清楚。
Job responsibilities:
1.Take charge of the daily work of the security department and be responsible for the rules and regulations of the security department.
2.Responsible for the formulation of annual safety and fire fighting plans, and organize daily fire fighting and safety management.
3.To be responsible for the development of investment and organization protection schemes for fire control safety.
4.Complete other tasks assigned by the general manager.
Job requirements:
1.Secondary school or above;
2.years of experience in hotel security and position management;
