岗位描述
Responsibilities
1. Take lead in the hotel opening project, work with local and regional Project Teams regarding opening dates to keep them informed and ensure timeline is kept.
2. Oversee the entire operations of Aerotel including human resources, housekeeping, security, public relations, food service, sales and finances, main focus on Rooms Division Operations including, but not limited to, Front Office, Concierge and Housekeeping. Maintain quality of service and the smooth running of the hotel.
3. Monitor and maintain operation & overhead cost in order to maintain maximum revenue to the organisation.
4. Conduct regular operations team meeting with all the head of department daily / weekly to discuss routine operational matters, sales targets, and action taken for service recovery, and also any staff issues.  Evaluate guest satisfaction levels and monitor trends with a focus on continuous improvement.
5. Work with different departments on cleanliness, ambience, service readiness, staff grooming & hospitality culture. Ensure SOP implementation in all departments and check the same during routine operational checks.
6. Meet all department heads to review & train the staff to upkeep the human capital.
7. Any other duties assigned.

Requirements
1. Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management with Minimum 6 years’ hotel operations management experience in a 3 to 5 Star Hotel. Strong rooms division experience is a must
2. Prior experience in hotel opening project is essential.
3. Excellent revenue management skills with experience of budgets, P&L's and forecasting.
4. Highly focused, have excellent communication skills, be motivated and professional in appearance and presentation.
5. Dynamic, resourceful, multi-tasked individual with the capability to articulate business objectives in a compelling manner
6. Strong working knowledge of revenue strategies, sales efforts, departmental operations, labour management, property maintenance, housekeeping cleanliness, and key performance indicators.
7. Excellent project management, time management, people management a must 

8. Excellent command of English and Chinese
9. This position requires flexibility and willingness in taking on new assignments in different locations and extensive travel and extended work hours as needed.
10. Excellent business case building and presentation skills
11. Proficiency in MS Office, Hotel PMS systems
