岗位描述
岗位职责
1.参加全日餐厅例会，每天召开餐前会，安排当日工作重点，及时传达上级指示。
2.按工作程序做好餐厅及厨房沟通，及时解决部门间的问题。
3.协助餐饮部经理按月制订餐厅经营目标和工作计划。
4.协助餐饮部经理巡视、监督、检查咖啡厅所属员工的各项工作。
5.掌握餐厅工作情况和有关数据。
6.搞好客人关系，处理顾客投诉。
7.定期向餐饮部经理述职，及时解决下级工作争议。
8.关心所属员工的思想、工作和生活
岗位要求
1.餐厅行业三年以上从业经历；
2.熟悉西餐厅的服务流程，对吧台出品有一定了解；
3.具备相关的管理经验和管理能力；
4.能对餐厅服务员进行培训；
5.热爱酒店行业，有工作责任心

Courtyard by Marriott Shanghai Songjiang is located in Dongding mansion, which in the center of new town area. Dongding mansion is a landmark and the tallest building in Songjiang District. Covering an area of about 30,000 square meters and a total construction area of about 160,000 square meters, the building is a modern mansion integrating 22,000 square meters of hotel, 93,000 square meters of shopping center and 45,000 square meters of top-class office buildings. Located on the 22nd to 29th floors of the building, the hotel has 183 boutique rooms, the actual construction area is about 22,000 square meters, the construction decoration investment is nearly 120 million，the design is completed by well-known foreign designers, which continues the design aesthetics of MARRIOTT brand, and integrates European modern style with Shanghai style.
