JOB SUMMARY

The purpose of this position is to execute events in multiple locations across the Client Campus; as well as coordinate all food related operations - creating a seamless experience for Client and their guests.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

刪Oversees the planning and execution of on-site events.
刪Collaborates closely with Experience team
刪Takes initiative and develops creative solutions.
刪Manages vendor partners for events services
刪Develops and maintains positive client, team and vendor relationships.
刪Ensures contractual KPIs and SLAs are maintained.
刪Adheres to “One Team” and “Pro-active service delivery” culture.
刪Periodically suggests adaptation of policies and procedures.
刪Supports preparation of monthly reports on Events operations
刪Other duties may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

刪Minimum of 1 year directly related experience in Events.
刪Excellent interpersonal, relationship management, and consultation skills required.
刪Must be well-organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
刪Ability to work independently and exhibit a superior customer service attitude.
刪Superior oral and written communication skills required- both Mandarin and English.
刪Software competency: Microsoft Office.
刪Practical knowledge in contract administration, regulatory/governmental codes and regulations are an advantage.
