职位要求: 负责吧台区域的卫生清洁工作及个人卫生等情况
负责将酒吧的经营状况,成本核算,出品以及服务质量等综合信息进行总结并且向楼面经理汇报,以便进行及时调整
负责区域内安全设施设备,措施,职责等实行布置检查,确保餐厅工作安全;
按标准完成酒吧的出品工作,做好餐前检查工作和餐后的收尾工作;
保持饱满的精神状态,树立餐厅良好的工作形象;
做好每日盘点并填写每日销售报表及物品申购单;
协助财务部做好盘点工作;
遵守公司各项规章制度和工作程序,完成上级交给的其它工作;
Responsible for the hygiene and personal hygiene of the bar area
Responsible for summarizing the comprehensive information of bar operation, cost accounting, product and service quality, and reporting to floor manager for timely adjustment.
Responsible for the safety facilities, equipment, measures and responsibilities in the area to ensure the safety of the restaurant work; complete the bar production work according to the standards, do a good job of pre-meal inspection and post-meal closing work; 7. Maintain a full mental state and establish a good working image of the restaurant;
Make daily inventory and fill in daily sales report and purchase application form.
Assist Finance Department to do inventory work well.
Comply with the company's rules and procedures, complete other tasks assigned by superiors;
