编制员工排班表,监督员工考勤记录,评估员工,培训员工,解决各方面的服务问题,并处理客人的投诉。
To guide and supervise the work of the service staff in the catering department.
Supervise and inspect the service of important guest rooms.
Before delivery, check the delivery truck, trays and gifts to ensure that everything is ready and can be delivered as soon as necessary.
Control the tableware needed for business and take part in inventory regularly.
Prepare staff schedule, supervise staff attendance records, evaluate staff, train staff, solve all aspects of service problems, and deal with customer complaints.
