DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES工作职责 • Keys revenue journal and distributes to management
• 编制收入报告,然后分发给管理层。
• Controls invoice used in all outlets, maintaining correct sequence used at all times, accounting for invoice and making sure cancelled invoice are recorded accordingly
• 管理各营业点使用的发票,确保发票号的连贯性,登记收据,被取消的发票均记录在案。
• Controls all food and beverage sales by:
• 通过以下手段控制餐饮销售:
• Correct recording of guest billing on a timely basis
• 及时正確记录客账
• Monitors the buffet controls, especially over cash settled checks to prevent reuse ensuring all revenue is recorded
• 监督自助餐的管理,特别是對现金结算的账单应防止重复使用,确保营业收入的记录。
Qualifications –
学历 • Vocational Certificate in Accounting or related field.
• 具有会计或相关领域的职业证书。
Experience –
经验 • 2 years experience in an accounting clerical, front office, or accounts receivable position, or similar; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
