Key Duties主要职责
1、处理部门之间的文件起草、收发和归档工作。
Deal with drafting, receiving and dispatching and filling of documents among different departments.
2、处理与总经理室之间的文件起草、收发和归档工作。
Deal with drafting, receiving and dispatching and filling of documents with GM Office.
3、负责部门物品的申购、领取和发放工作。
Responsible for subscribing, receiving and issuing articles in department.
4、负责销售合同的制作和归档工作。
Responsible for the formulation and filling of sales contracts.
5、负责与总经理室、部门之间的沟通工作。
Responsible for making communications between department and GM Office.
6、负责部门固定资产的保管、清点、申请、报废、登记工作。
Responsible for the fix assets of the department, inventory, application, obsolescence and registration
7、 完成上级指派的其他任务。
Accomplish other tasks assigned by superior.

Job Requirement 岗位要求
1、文化程度:大专以上学历,良好英语口语,笔译水平。
Education degree: College degree, and a good standard of English speaking and written translation.
2、工作经验:可接受应届毕业生
