岗位职责:
1.在总经理的直接领导下,协助总经理制定酒店的战略规划并组织实施;
2.组织制定酒店年度经营计划并组织实施;
3.拟定考核市场营销部各组业绩的绩效考核制度;
4.领导开展酒店的社会公共关系活动,树立良好的企业形象;
5.根据市场供求情况、客户意向及需求,优化组合酒店各服务产品,整体推进酒店营销,多渠道开拓酒店的客源市场;
6.协助总经理主持酒店日常各项经营工作;
7.着力营销人才队伍的培养和建设工作;
8.完成总经理交办的其他工作。
Responsibilities:
1. Under the direct leadership of the General Manager, assist the General Manager in formulating the strategic plan of the hotel and organizing its implementation;
2. To organize the formulation and implementation of the annual hotel management plan;
3. Draw up a performance appraisal system to assess the performance of each group of marketing department;
4. Leading the development of social and public relations activities in hotels to establish a good corporate image;
5. According to the market supply and demand, customer intention and demand, optimize the combination of hotel service products, promote hotel marketing as a whole, and explore the hotel's customer market through multiple channels;
6. Assist the General Manager in the daily operation of the hotel;
7. Focus on the training and construction of marketing personnel;
8. Complete other tasks assigned by the General Manager.
任职要求:
拥有五星级国际酒店工作经验,任职部门副职五年以上或部门正职两年以上经验。
Job requirements:
Have five-star international hotel working experience, serving as deputy of the Department for more than five years or two years of full-time experience of the department.
