岗位职责:
1.Assist the manager in daily operation.
协助经理处理部门的日常运行工作。
2. Dealing with the emergency during event and solve any probrlem with flexibility.
跟进处理宴会及会议活动中的突发情况,灵活解决客人的问题。
3.Ensure banquet space is clean and tidy, and be responsible for the maintenance of BQT facility.
确保宴会客区及后区干净整洁,并对宴会厅所有设施设备进行保养。
4.Prividing a considerate service to guest in time, and exceed guest expectation.
确保提供及时,周到的服务,超越客人的期望。
5.Assists as required/requested with the solving of any guest complaints/upsets.
协助处理客人的询问和投诉。
6.Preparing rosters and job schedules for team member to meet business needs。
配合工作需要制定每位员工的排班表及工作安排。
岗位技能:
1.Good English in both oral and written.
良好的英语口语及书面表达能力。
2.Be familiar with restaurant operations including foods, beverages, supervisory aspects, service techniques, and guest interaction.
熟知餐饮运营知识,包括食品,酒水,监管,服务,对客等方面的知识。
3.At least 3 years F&B working experience in international 5 star hotels at least 1 year working experience in same position in luxury brand hotel.
至少3年以上国际五星酒店餐饮工作经验,至少1年以上奢华酒店相关同职位岗位经验。
4.Bachelor degree and above.
大学本科及以上学历。
