岗位职责:
1.Responsible for daily operation during manager's absence.
在部门经理不在岗时,负责部门的日常运营。.
2.Assist to achieve department budget by maintaining profits through increasing revenue and the efficient cost control.
通过提升销售额维持盈利和有效合理的控制成本及支出 ,协助部门完成预算目标。
3.Follow department SOP strictly and conduct training to strengthen service standards on regularly basis to improve service quality 。
严格执行部门服务标准,并定期加强服务标准的培训,提高对客服务质量。
4.Arranging rosters and job schedules for section according to hotel operation.
根据酒店运营情况,合理制定部门排班表及安排工作。
5.Ensure working place and surroundings clean and organized at all times.
确保与工作相关的所有场所及范围干净整洁。
6.Assist to solve of guest consultation and complaints.
协助处理客人的询问和投诉。
岗位需求:
1.Good English in both oral and written.
良好的英语口语及书面表达能力。
2.Be familiar with restaurant operations including foods, beverages, supervisory aspects, service techniques, and guest interaction.
熟知餐饮运营知识,包括食品,酒水,监管,服务,对客等方面的知识。
3.At least 3 years F&B working experience in international 5 star hotels at least 1 year working experience in same position in luxury brand hotel.
至少3年以上国际五星酒店餐饮工作经验,至少1年以上奢华酒店相关同职位岗位经验。
4.Bachelor degree and above.
大学本科及以上学历。
