岗位职责:
1.To be responsible for overall operations of the Chinese Restaurant.
全权负责中餐厅的营运。
2.Monitors service flow in the restaurant and gives coach when necessary.
监督并指导餐厅员工的服务标准。
3. Be familiar with changes and trends in the market to coordinate with kitchen on daily or monthly specials and promotions.
熟悉市场及竞争的趋向及变化,与厨房协调好当日或每月的特色菜及推荐菜。
4. Participates in the planning of menus & beverage lists.
参与菜单、酒水单的制定及定价。
5.Attention to food and services guest complaints, and take effective measures immediately to solve problems.
关注客人对菜品及服务的意见,并立即采取有效措施。
6.Be responsible for asset management of all outlet property & facilities.
负责所有部门的物品和设施的财产管理。
7. Responsible for talent training and development.
负责员工培训和发展。
8.Works with DOFB in the preparation and management of the department’s budget
和上级领导一起编制和管理部门预算。
岗位需求:
1.Good command in oral and written English.
良好的英语口语及书面表达能力。
2.Be proficient in Microsoft Office.
熟练操作办公软件。
3.At least 5 years F&B working experience in international 5 star hotels,1 year working experience at same position in luxury brand hotel.
至少5年以上国际五星酒店餐饮工作经验,1年以上奢华酒店相关同职位岗位经验。
4.Thorough knowledge of restaurant operations including foods, beverages, supervisory aspects, service techniques, and guest interaction.
熟知餐饮运营知识,包括食品,酒水,监管,服务,对客等方面的知识。
5.Strong communication skills with excellent team-work spirit and leadership skills.
有较强的沟通能力,具备良好的团队意识和领导能力。
6.Bachelor degree and above.
大学本科及以上学历。
