Responsible for developing hotel's public areas, guest rooms, restaurant decor, decorating, kitchen, PA equipment, and other equipment maintenance program, and ensure the implementation of these plans.
主要工作职责:
Core Responsibilities:
• 负责制定公共区域、客房、餐厅的装饰、装潢、厨房、PA设备、等设备的维修保养计划，并保证这些计划的实施。
• Responsible for developing hotel's public areas, guest rooms, restaurant decor, decorating, kitchen, PA equipment, and other equipment maintenance program, and ensure the implementation of these plans.
• 把握酒店设备的正常运行和日常维修，接受并组织实施工程部经理主管的运行调度令和日常维修工作令，检查维修质量，保证满足对客服务要求。
• Grasp the normal operation of hotel equipment and routine maintenance, to accept and implement the project manager in charge of running the scheduling order and routine maintenance work orders, inspection, maintenance and quality assurance to meet customer service requirements.
• 根据工程部总监的要求，监督外单位承担大修、技术改造和工程项目，并组织人员紧密配合，保证工程符合规定的要求。
• According to the requirements of the project manager to oversee other units bear overhaul, technological innovation and projects, and the organization of personnel work closely together to ensure that projects meet the requirements
• 协助工程部总监制定设备维修、技术改造和设备更新等计划的执行中如发生问题及时向工程部经理汇报。

• 按照预防性维保计划对各大机房、公共区域、餐厅、客房机电设备进行巡查，对查出的问题要及时发出维修通知，以保证这些区域的设备设施处于完好的状况。
• Follow preventative maintenance plan for the major rooms, public areas, restaurant, room electrical equipment inspections, to find out the problems in time to issue a repair notice, equipment and facilities to ensure that these areas are in good condition.
• 负责制定和实施下属员工的培训计划，着重加强服务意识、技术水平、一专多能等方面的培训。
• Responsible for development and implementation of subordinate staff training program focused on strengthening service awareness, training of technical level, multi-skill and so on.
• 完成上级交办的其它工作事项。
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors matters.
