岗位职责/职位描述
1. Assist with heavy packages, coats, suitcase,etc. being alert to give assistance courteously and quickly, before having to be asked.

主动协助客人提重包裹、拿衣服、提手提箱等，向客人提供礼貌和迅速的协助。

2. Maintain a willingness to please attitude and give undivided attention to any approaching guest.

.保持令人愉悦的态度并专心接待每位到来的客人。

3. Adhere to guest checking in and checking out procedures pertaining to baggage handling.

在与行李相关的问题上，遵守客人入住和退房工作程序。

4. Assist arriving and departing guests by opening and closing car and taxi doors.

为来店和离店的客人开关汽车及出租车门。

5. Provide information to guests about the hotel facilities and services.

向客人提供关于酒店的设施和服务的信息。

6.Responsible for the timely and efficient delivery of newspapers to guests as required, ensuring the highest standard of presentation at all times.

负责按照客人的要求及时、高效地分发报纸，要始终确保高质量的服务标准。

7.Responsible for the correct and accurate preparation of weather messages as required.

负责按要求提供确切的天气信息

8.Ensures that every matter in the logbook is followed up.

确保工作日志中记录的每一件事情都已经落实。

9.Be very knowledgeable about the rooms and their locations, services and facilities of the hotel.

掌握酒店房间设施、位置、各餐厅和其他设施的服务项目、营业时间等。

10.Arrange and store luggage carts safely. 

安全的使用行李车。

11. Provide the information around the hotel for the guest.

为客人提供酒店周边的相关信息。

岗位要求：

1.College education, major in Hospitality or Tourism management or other related majors.

本科以上学历，服务专业或旅游管理专业；

2 years and above Concierge operation and manage experiences.

Enthusiasm in work, carefulness

积极敬业，工作认真细致；

3. Good communication and coordination ability, and good team spirit.

具备较强的沟通，协调能力及团队合作精神。
