任职要求Requirements： 1、具有国际品牌5年以上酒店管理经验；
More than 5 years' hotel management experience of international brands;
2、具有国际奢华品牌酒店3年以上工作经验；
More than 3 years' working experience as GM of international luxury brand hotels;
3、具有良好中、英文听说读写能力；
Proficient in both English and Chinese listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;
4、认同企业文化，具有优秀的团队领导能力、沟通能力及管理复杂关系的能力；
Identify with corporate culture, have excellent team leadership, communication skills, and the ability to manage complex relationships;
5、有万达酒店履历优先。
Having experience in Wanda Hotels is preferred.
