1. 本科院校毕业;

2. 具有良好英文听说读写能力;
Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills;
3. 认同企业文化,身体健康,品行端正,具有良好的学习能力、沟通能力及团队合作精神,有良好的职业道德、诚信背景及较强的事业心和责任感;

4. 8年高端外资品牌酒店从业经验,担任市场销售总监2年以上工作经历;
Minimum 8 years of experience in high-end foreign-owned brand hotels, working as a Director of Sales & Marketing for more than 2 years;
5. 能准确了解酒店对外销售方针、政策,通过对市场的了解,有计划地开展销售业务工作,在促销中,能灵活运用酒店的政策和价格;
Can accurately understand the hotel’s external sales strategies, policies, through the understanding of the market, systematically carry out sales business, can flexibly use the hotel policies and prices in promotion;
6. 在促销活动中,能与旅行社,代理商和有关专业人士建立密切的业务关系,有较高的社交能力;
Can establish close business relationships with travel agencies, agents, and related professionals in promotion activities, and have high social skills;
7. 了解本地客户的情况并具有很强的市场趋势分析能力;
Understand the situation of local customers and have strong market trend analysis capabilities;
