岗位职责:
1.Assist the purchasing manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Purchasing Department.
协助采购经理确保采购工作的正常运行。
2.Assist purchasing manager in obtaining quotations from suppliers for the maximum interest of the company.
协助采购部经理从供应商那里获得报价,使采购符合公司的最大利益。
3.Assist to inspect suppliers' authority / certificate to trade goods when acting on behalf as agents.
协助调查作为代理授权的供应商有合法资质及允许交易的许可证。
4.Compare the quotation and report to purchasing manager.
对所计划购买物品的价格进行比较及向采购部经理汇报。
5.Pay attention to the change of market,updated the market information and report to the purchasing manager timely.
关注市场价格变化,及时更新信息并向采购部经理汇报。
6. Ensure all items deliver to hotel on time with good quality.
确保所有商品在保证品质的前提下按时送到酒店。
岗位技能:
1. At least 2 years' working experience in hotel purchasing, at least one year experience at the similar management position.
需有2 年以上酒店采购工作经验,1年以上同等职位的管理经历。
2.Good command in oral and written English.
良好的英语口语及书面表达能力。
3. Familiar with purchasing system and process.
熟悉采购系统及流程。
4.Bachelor degree in Business / Procurement or cost control or equivalent major.
商业/采购或者成本控制相关本科学历。
