职位描述:
1. To be responsible for all operations of Room Service.

2. Train team leader to take over the responsibilities when required.

3. To assist and confer with the Azur Restaurant Manager on report, budgets, policy, future planning, promotions and recommend changes or innovations where applicable.

4. To regularly review operation and menu format, and liaise with the Chef regarding special menus and daily specials.

5. To be aware of trends, practices and new products available or current in the industry, by means of competitor evaluations, industry analysis and trade literature in order to maximize/increase revenue.

任职资格:
1.Good communication skill in Mandarin and English verbal, listening and writing
良好的普通话和英语的交流能力(说,听,页)
