To supervise the Front Desk Team. To ensure that they are adhering to all hotel policies, procedures and standards while striving towards total guest satisfaction. To ensure that the above-mentioned areas are working in a professional manner at all times. Responsible for hiring, training and development of all concierge-related associates, so they are hospitable, outgoing and guest oriented.
监督前台区域。保证各岗位遵守酒店所有制度、程序以及标准,努力提升宾客满意度,保证上述区域始终专业运作。负责员工招聘、培训以及发展,提升员工热情友好度以及对客服务意识。
任职条件 Qualification:
1. Minimum 3 years of relative area work experience; minimum 1 years of management experience.
至少3年相关领域工作经验;至少1年管理经验
2. Customer Service Oriented具有“客户服务至上”的理念
3. Efficiency高效的工作能力
4. Desirable Communication Skill良好的沟通技能
5. Organizer较强的组织能力
6. Team Player良好的团队合作精神
7.Fluent in English and Chinese. 中英文流利
