岗位职责Post responsibility:
1、 制定与实施培训计划,策划专项培训内容与形式,链接外界培训资源;
Formulate and implement training plan; plan special training content and form, link external training resources
2、 参与培训管理,做好专项培训的辅助工作;
Participate in training management and do a good job in auxiliary work of special training
3、 组织或协助评估培训效果;
Organize or assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training
4、 收集培训需求并及时向相关部门反馈。
Collect training needs and feedback to relevant departments in a timely manner
任职要求Experience:
1、 能按照酒店经营发展对人才的需要,制订酒店总体培训规划和实施计划;
Be able to formulate the overall training plan and implementation plan of the hotel according to the needs of the hotel management and development for talents.
2、 具有较强的文字综合能力和口头表达能力;
Have good ability of writing synthesis and oral expression
3、 熟悉员工的规律、特点和岗位培训工作程序。
Familiar with the rules, characteristics and job training procedures of employees
