岗位职责Post responsibility：
1.     制定工程部管理运行模式，使其操作快捷合理；

2.     总结运行和维修、制定和审定设备设施及建筑装潢的预防性维修计划；

3. 负责工程部的节支运行、保证酒店最大限度的节能、节支；

4.负责协调和酒店相关的市政工程等业务部门的关系，获得良好的外部环境。

任职条件Experience：
1、 中专以上文化程度，5年以上同岗位工作经验；
Technical secondary school or above educational level, at least 5 years working experience in the same position
2、 掌握机电工程设计基础知识、熟悉电子通讯设备、计算机、暖通、空调、给排水设备、电梯等的使用和维护管理，熟悉基建、环境保护、安全生产、劳动保护方面的政策与法规；
Familiar with the basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering design, familiar with the use and maintenance management of electronic communication equipment, computer, HVAC, air conditioning, water supply and drainage equipment, elevators, etc., familiar with infrastructure, environmental protection, safety in production, labor protection policies and regulations
3、 能组织指挥工程部各项工作计划的实施，确保工程部的正常运转；

4、 有强烈的事业心责任感，有较强的自学能力和适应性，秉公办事。
