1. Receives, processes, and confirms guest room reservation made by/for clients either by phone, fax, in person, or through the Internet.

2. Prepares and files reservation slips according to established procedures, ensuring that all pertinent information have been recorded; periodically inspects to ensure that additional details, changes and messages for guests have been noted.

3. Maintains file of no-show and cancellation report; tallies FIT bookings received during the day.
