DUTIES To assist the Director of Food and Beverage in the Overall responsibility for the administration and operations of the Horizon Chinese Restaurant and Chinese banquet functions. He/She will maximize profits thru creative and market relevant promotional activities, maintain food/beverage/service quality and ensure customer satisfaction
He/She will be responsible to achieve the labour productivity targets
